Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled travel date (Thailand Time, GMT+7) are eligible for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, you must provide your Booking Number (which you received via email) and send your request to ppkktour@hotmail.com for verification. Once approved, we will process the full refund to your original credit card within 48 hours.
